ALVERA GLOBAL — Digital
Digital solutions built around how your business works
We design and build websites, online stores, marketing systems, CRM and automation, brand materials and multilingual content for businesses in Azerbaijan and internationally. Every project starts with the same question: what needs to work better for your customers and your team? The technology comes after we have the answer.

احجزوا مكالمةDigital work that connects to the rest of your business
Most businesses do not need more software. They need their website, their enquiries, their follow-up and their records to work together — and to make sense to customers in the language those customers use.
A website that looks good but sends enquiries to an inbox nobody checks is not working. An advertising campaign that brings in leads with no process for following them up is spending money twice. A CRM that the team does not trust ends up replaced by a spreadsheet within three months.
ALVERA GLOBAL's Digital Solutions practice looks at these pieces together. We help you decide what to build, what to connect, what to automate and what to leave alone — then we deliver it, document it and support it.
What we mean by digital solutions
For us, a digital solution is anything that changes how customers find you, how they deal with you, or how your team handles the work that follows. It covers four connected areas of capability.
Problem first
We start with the business issue and the workflow behind it. If a simpler fix exists — a clearer form, a better page, a changed process — we will say so before recommending a new system.
Built to be used
A system is only useful if your team uses it every day. We design for the people who will work with it, train them, and hand over documentation they can follow.
Yours to own
Your domain, accounts, content and data stay in your name. We work inside them with the access we need, and we hand everything over properly at the end.
Four areas of capability
Each area can be engaged on its own. Most projects touch more than one, because customer experience rarely stops at a single channel.

Digital consultancy and technical support run across all four areas — before a project starts and after it goes live.
Problems we are often asked to solve
Clients rarely arrive asking for "digital transformation". They arrive with a specific frustration. These are some of the most common.
Our website no longer represents us.
The site is outdated, slow on mobile, available in one language, or hard for the team to update. We rebuild it around what visitors need to find and do, in the languages your customers use.
Enquiries come in from everywhere.
Forms, WhatsApp, email, phone and social messages arrive in different places. Nobody knows which were answered. We bring them into one place, with an owner and a status for each.
We spend on marketing but cannot see what works.
Campaigns run without consistent tracking, so decisions are based on impressions rather than enquiries. We set up measurement first, then decide where budget belongs.
Follow-up depends on who remembers.
Quotations go unanswered and clients wait for updates. We design reminders, tasks and status updates so follow-up happens whether or not someone remembers.
Our tools do not talk to each other.
Data is typed into three systems, and each one tells a different story. We connect them, decide which system holds which data, and remove the duplicate entry.
Our materials look different every time.
Presentations, profiles and social posts are made from scratch by different people. We create a consistent identity and templates your team can use.
We need to reach Arabic, Azerbaijani or Russian speakers properly.
Existing content is machine-translated or written for a different audience. We adapt it so it reads as if it was written for that reader.
Digital transformation, without the jargon
Digital transformation is often presented as buying new software or adding AI to everything. In practice it is simpler and harder than that: it means changing how work gets done so that customers are served better and your team spends less time on avoidable work. Software is one part of that change, and usually not the first.
Our starting principle
Start with the business problem and the workflow. Choose technology after that.
Eight things we look at
People
Who does the work today, who will own the new process, and what they need to adopt it. Training and handover are part of the project, not an extra.
Customer experience
What the customer sees, waits for and has to repeat. We map the journey from first contact to completed service.
Process
The actual steps, handoffs and approvals — including the informal ones. We simplify before we automate; automating a confusing process only makes it confusing faster.
Data
What information you collect, where it lives, who maintains it and which version is correct. Reliable reporting depends on this more than on any dashboard.
Systems
The tools you already have and what they can do. Often the right answer is to configure or connect existing systems rather than replace them.
Automation
The repetitive, rule-based steps that can run on their own — reminders, assignments, notifications, data transfers — with people kept in control of judgement.
Measurement
A small number of indicators agreed at the start, so everyone knows whether the change is working.
Continuous improvement
Changes are made in stages. Each stage is reviewed before the next begins, so you are never committed to a large system you have not seen working.
What this looks like for a growing company
A typical path runs in stages rather than one large programme: make the website and enquiry handling reliable first; then organise leads and follow-up in a CRM; then connect the CRM to the tools your team already uses; then automate the repetitive steps; then build the reports that show how the business is performing. Each stage delivers something usable on its own.

When software is not the answer
Sometimes the most useful recommendation is not to buy anything. A clearer intake form, a single shared inbox, one defined owner for enquiries or a simpler price page can solve more than a new platform. When that is the case, we will tell you.
A clearer experience for your customers
Customers judge a business by how easy it is to deal with — how quickly they find the right information, how simple it is to ask a question, and whether someone replies.
Find
Pages structured around what customers are looking for, in their language, readable on a phone, and discoverable in search.
Ask
Short enquiry forms, clear contact options and WhatsApp where it suits your customers — without making them fill in a long questionnaire.
Hear back
Automatic acknowledgement, a named person responsible for the reply, and reminders so no enquiry is left unanswered.
Stay informed
Status updates, client portals and consistent communication once work has started, so customers do not need to chase.
Better processes behind the scenes
What customers experience depends on what happens inside the business. We map the processes behind your customer journey — who receives a request, who decides, who is informed and what "finished" means — and look for delays, duplicate work and points where information is lost.
Typical improvements include:
- One place where every enquiry and request is recorded
- A clear owner and status for each item of work
- Standard steps for quotations, onboarding and approvals
- Automatic reminders for deadlines and follow-ups
- Documents stored and versioned in one location
- Reports that come from the system rather than from manual collection
Example
- CustomerA request arrives through the website
- Systemit is recorded automatically and assigned to the responsible person
- Systemthe client receives an acknowledgement
- Teama task and due date are created
- Systemthe client is notified when the status changes
- Teamthe request is closed with a record of what was done
How we choose and connect technology
We are not tied to a single platform. We recommend tools based on your requirements, your budget, the skills of your team and the systems you already use.
Fit before features
We compare options against your real workflows, not against feature lists.
Use what works
Where an existing system can be configured or connected, that usually beats replacing it.
Established platforms first
We prefer widely used, well-supported platforms and add custom development only where it is justified.
Clear data ownership
For every integration, we define which system holds the correct version of each piece of data and in which direction information flows.
No lock-in by design
Accounts in your name, exportable data and written documentation, so you can change supplier or bring work in-house later.
Automation for repetitive work. People for judgement.
Automation is good at predictable, repeated tasks: recording information, assigning work, sending reminders, moving data between systems, and preparing reports. It is not a substitute for judgement.
We design systems so that people remain involved where it matters:
Automation handles
- Recording enquiries and requests
- Assigning work by clear rules
- Reminders, notifications and status updates
- Moving data between connected systems
- Preparing drafts and reports for review
People stay responsible for
- Approvals and sign-offs
- Sensitive decisions
- Regulated matters
- Exceptions and unusual cases
- Actions with financial, legal or reputational risk
Technology should support people, not remove judgement that is needed. Where a step needs a human decision, the system waits for one.
How we work
The same six stages apply whether the project is a landing page or a connected CRM. What changes is the depth of each stage.
Understand
A conversation about your business, your customers and the problem to solve. We look at what you already have before suggesting anything new.
Define
We agree the scope in writing: what is included, what is not, the deliverables, the timeline and how the work is priced. Nothing starts before this is agreed.
Design
Structure, user journeys, workflows and visual design — shared with you for review before anything is built.
Build
Development, configuration, content and integrations, with progress you can see at agreed checkpoints.
Test and launch
Testing on real devices and in every language in scope, followed by a controlled launch and a check that tracking and integrations work.
Support and improve
Training, documentation, handover and, where agreed, ongoing support and improvement.
One named contact is responsible for your project from the first conversation to handover.
Responsible systems and data handling
Digital systems hold customer information, commercial data and business records. We treat access to them with care.
Access control
Each person and system gets access only to what they need. Access is removed when it is no longer required.
Least necessary access
We work inside your accounts with the lowest level of access that allows us to do the work, and we do not keep credentials in email or chat.
Appropriate data handling
We collect only the data a process needs, and agree with you where it is stored and who can see it.
Human approvals
High-risk actions — payments, data deletion, sensitive communications — are designed to require a person's approval.
Auditability
Where the platform allows, important actions are logged so you can see who did what and when.
Secure integrations
Connections use the provider's supported authentication methods, and secrets are stored in the platform's secure settings rather than in code or documents.
Retention
We help you define how long different types of data are kept, based on your requirements and any obligations you confirm with your advisers.
Operational reliability
Automations are monitored, failures are reported to a named person, and backups are configured where the platform supports them.
Responsible automation
Automated steps are documented, tested before launch and reviewed when the process changes.

Common questions
What does Digital Solutions cover?
Four connected areas: websites and e-commerce; digital marketing, SEO and advertising; CRM, automation and business systems; and brand, content and localization. We also provide digital consultancy before projects and technical support after launch. You can engage one area or several.
Who do you work with?
Businesses in Azerbaijan and international clients — from owner-managed firms to established companies with their own internal teams. Most of our work is delivered remotely, with meetings in Baku where useful. We work in Arabic, English, Azerbaijani and Russian.
Do we need a large project to start?
No. Many clients start with a defined piece of work — a website review, a landing page, a CRM setup for one team, or a single automated workflow. Each stage should deliver something useful on its own.
Do you recommend specific software?
We recommend what fits your requirements, budget and existing systems, and we are not tied to one platform. Provider costs are always separate from our fee. If we ever receive a referral fee or partner benefit from a provider, we disclose it before you decide — and it never decides the recommendation.
Can you work with our existing agency or IT team?
Yes. We can take responsibility for a defined part of the work, advise alongside your team, or coordinate between providers. Roles and responsibilities are agreed in writing at the start.
How is pricing handled?
Each project is priced after we understand the scope. Defined projects are priced by deliverable; ongoing work such as support or campaign management is priced as a monthly scope. Advertising budgets are paid to the advertising platform and shown separately from our fee. Software subscriptions, hosting and licences are shown at actual cost, preferably in your name. You receive the full scope and price in writing before anything starts.
Who owns the finished work?
On full payment, you own the deliverables created for you under the agreed scope, and your domain, accounts and data remain in your name throughout. Third-party software, themes and plugins remain subject to their own licences. Ownership terms are stated in the proposal.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Search engines, advertising platforms and markets control rankings, leads, sales and advertising returns. We commit to the agreed work, honest measurement and clear reporting. See Digital Growth for how we measure performance.
Is my data safe with you?
We work with the least access needed, keep credentials out of email and chat, and design approvals for high-risk actions. We do not claim security certifications we do not hold. See "Responsible systems and data handling" above.
Tell us what needs to work better
Share a short description of your business and what you would like to improve. We will reply to arrange a conversation and, if it makes sense, prepare a written scope and proposal.
No long forms. No obligation. A reply from a named person.
