Who we are

ALVERA GLOBAL LLC is the owner of the personal data you send us through this website.

What we collect

When you send a request form, we receive only what you enter or choose:

• your name;
• your email address, your phone number, or both (at least one is required), and the country you chose for the phone number;
• the service you are asking about and your answers to the form's questions (for example travel dates, number of people, city, study level or property type);
• your message, if you write one (up to 1,000 characters);
• your consent: that you ticked the box, when, and which version of the wording you saw;
• how you reached the form: the ALVERA GLOBAL page and button you came from, the address of the referring page without its query string, and campaign tags (UTM) if the link carried them.

We give each request a reference number and record its status as our team handles it. We also keep a copy of the two emails the request produces (our internal notification and, if you gave an email address, your acknowledgement), with their delivery status.

The forms do not ask for passports, identity documents, financial details or payment data, and they do not accept file uploads. Please do not send such documents unless we ask for them in a later, separate step.

When you simply browse the website, we do not create a profile of you and we run no analytics or advertising tools. To protect the forms against abuse, we count requests per network connection using a one-way keyed code (a hash) of your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored in our database, and these counters are deleted after about 24 hours. Our hosting provider processes technical connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.

Why we use it

• to answer your request and discuss the service you asked about;
• to prepare a proposal and, if you decide to go ahead, to coordinate the service with you;
• to contact you by the method you gave us (email, phone or WhatsApp);
• to keep a record of your request and of your consent;
• to protect the website and our team against spam, fraud and misuse.

We do not use your request to send you marketing, we do not sell your data, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Basis for using your data

We process the data you submit to us yourself, with the consent you give by ticking the box on the form, which includes processing by the service providers named below, also outside Azerbaijan. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect what was done before, but we may then be unable to continue with your request. Where a law requires us to keep or disclose certain information, we do so on that basis.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

• Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting and delivery;
• Neon (United States) — the database where requests are stored;
• Resend (United States) — delivery of request notifications and acknowledgements by email;
• Titan business email, provided through Name.com — our team's mailbox, where requests arrive and where we correspond with you.

When your service needs it, we share the necessary details with the licensed professionals and independent providers who carry out the work (for example a university, a law firm, a notary, a licensed agency, a hotel or a transport company). We tell you who they are before we do so. We may also disclose data to a public authority where the law requires it.

Transfers outside Azerbaijan

Our service providers operate servers outside Azerbaijan, including in the United States, so your data is transferred abroad when you send a request. By ticking the consent box you agree to this transfer. We choose providers that protect data with encryption in transit and access controls.

How long we keep it

We keep request data only as long as we need it for the purposes above: to answer and follow up your request, to provide an agreed service, and to keep the records the law requires for services we provide. When the data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous. Anti-abuse counters are deleted after about 24 hours. Test submissions made by our own team are marked as tests, so they are never treated as real requests.

How we protect it

The website is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The database accepts only encrypted, certificate-checked connections, access is limited to the people and systems that need it, and the forms check every value on the server. No system can be made completely secure; if you believe your data has been exposed, contact us straight away. We do not claim any certification for these systems.

Your rights

Under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data", you may:

• ask whether we hold personal data about you and receive a copy;
• ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask us to delete (destroy) your data;
• object to the processing of your data;
• withdraw your consent.

Send your request to info@alveraglobal.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. If you believe your rights have been breached, you may also contact the competent state authority of the Republic of Azerbaijan or a court.

Requests on behalf of others

If you send a request for another person, such as your child, a family member or a colleague, please make sure you are entitled to share their details with us.

We will update this page when our practices change, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
