Digital marketing measured by enquiries, not impressions
We plan and manage search, advertising and content around what your customers are actually looking for. Every campaign starts with tracking you can check, runs to a clear structure, and is reported in plain language: what happened, what it cost, and what we will change next.
We do not promise rankings or guaranteed results. We promise disciplined work and transparent reporting.
Search enquiries rose after the new service pages. Social ads cost more per enquiry; we will test a shorter form.
Who this is for
Businesses that rely on enquiries
Service companies whose sales begin with a form, a call or a message — and who need more of the right ones.
Companies spending without clarity
You already advertise or post regularly, but cannot say which activity leads to customers.
Businesses launching in a new language or market
You need to reach Arabic, Azerbaijani, Russian or English-speaking audiences with messaging written for them.
Teams that need a specialist partner
You have an in-house marketer or agency and need support with search, advertising, tracking or reporting.
Online stores
You want more qualified traffic and better conversion from the visitors you already have.
Where marketing usually goes wrong
Activity without measurement.
Posts, boosts and campaigns run, but enquiries are not tracked back to their source.
Traffic to the wrong page.
Ads send visitors to a homepage that does not answer their question.
Keywords chosen by guesswork.
Campaigns target what the business calls its services, not what customers type.
Leads that nobody follows up.
Campaigns generate enquiries that wait days for a reply.
Reports that describe, but do not explain.
Numbers are shared without a view on what they mean or what to do next.
One language for everyone.
The same message is used for audiences with different needs, expectations and search habits.
What we do
Strategy
- Digital marketing strategy
- Objectives, audiences, channels, messages, budget allocation and measures of success — written down and agreed before spending begins.
- Social media strategy
- Which platforms matter for your audience, what role each plays, and how content supports enquiries rather than only visibility.
- Content planning
- A practical content plan built from customer questions and search demand, in the languages you serve.
Search
- SEO
- Improving how your site is found in search for the queries that matter to your business.
- Technical SEO
- Crawling, indexing, site speed, structured data, duplicate content, redirects and multilingual signals.
- Content SEO
- Pages and articles that answer real questions thoroughly, organised so search engines understand what each page is about.
- Local SEO, where relevant
- An accurate Google Business Profile and consistent business details, so customers searching nearby can find and contact you.
Advertising
- Google Ads and search advertising
- Campaigns targeted at people already searching for what you offer, structured by service, language and intent.
- Paid social
- Advertising on the social platforms your audience uses, for awareness, remarketing and lead generation.
Conversion
- Landing pages
- Focused pages for campaigns, written for the specific search or audience, with one clear action.
- Lead generation
- Forms, calls, WhatsApp and booking flows designed to capture enquiries with the information your team needs.
- Sales funnels
- The route from first visit to enquiry to customer, mapped and improved at each stage.
- Conversion optimisation
- Testing changes to pages and forms to improve the share of visitors who take action.
Measurement
- Analytics and tracking
- Analytics, conversion events and call and form tracking configured correctly and checked regularly.
- Reporting
- Regular reports that connect spend and activity to enquiries, with a written explanation and next steps.
- Content distribution
- Getting useful content in front of the right audience through search, social, email and partners.
How we plan and run digital growth
Good results rarely come from a single tactic. They come from a sequence of decisions made in the right order.
Understand
Research
We study your business, market, competitors and existing data, and review what has been tried before.
Audience
We define who you want to reach, what they need, which language they use and what makes them hesitate.
Search demand
We analyse what people actually search for in each language — the terms, the questions and the intent behind them.
Build
Channel selection
We choose channels by where your audience is and how they buy — not by what is fashionable. Fewer channels done well usually outperform many done thinly.
Campaign structure
Campaigns organised by service, audience, language and intent, so budget can be controlled and results understood.
Landing experience
Each campaign sends visitors to a page that answers the question they asked, in their language, with a clear next step.
Tracking
Before launch, we confirm that enquiries, calls, messages and purchases are recorded and attributed to their source.
Improve
Optimisation
We review performance regularly, adjust targeting, messages, bids and pages, and stop what is not working.
Reporting
You receive a clear report: results, cost, what we learned and what we will do next.
Search engine optimisation (SEO)
SEO is a long-term investment in being found by people who are already looking for what you offer. It combines three areas of work.
Technical
Making sure search engines can crawl, understand and index your pages: site speed, mobile usability, structured data, correct language and region signals, clean redirects and no duplicate content.
Content
Pages that answer customers' questions better than the alternatives — accurate, specific and written for the reader in each language.
Authority and trust
Clear information about your company, consistent business details, and genuine mentions and links from relevant sources. We do not buy links or use tactics that break search engine guidelines.
Multilingual SEO
Search behaviour differs by language. Arabic, Azerbaijani, Russian and English speakers use different terms, spellings and question patterns for the same service. We research each language separately rather than translating one keyword list.
What to expect
SEO improvements usually take months rather than weeks to show their full effect, and search engines decide rankings. We set realistic expectations, track progress on the indicators we can influence, and report honestly.
Google Ads and paid social
Advertising brings visibility quickly but needs careful control. We structure campaigns so you can see exactly where budget goes and what it produces.
Your accounts
Advertising accounts are set up in your company's name, with billing to your payment method. You keep full access and history.
Budget separate from our fee
Media spend is paid directly to the advertising platform. Our management fee is shown separately.
Structured by intent
Search campaigns separated by service, language and intent; social campaigns by audience and objective.
Controlled spend
Budgets, bids and exclusions reviewed regularly. Underperforming campaigns are paused, not left running.
Compliant messaging
Ads follow platform policies and avoid claims you cannot substantiate.
How we measure performance
We agree what "working" means before campaigns begin, and we measure it in three layers.
Business outcomes
Qualified enquiries, booked consultations, sales, cost per qualified enquiry
Why it mattersWhat your business actually needs
Leading indicators
Search visibility for target queries, click-through rate, landing-page conversion rate, form completion
Why it mattersEarly signs that the work is moving in the right direction
Activity
Pages improved, campaigns launched, tests run, content published
Why it mattersEvidence that the agreed work is being done
What a report contains
- Results against the agreed measures, compared with the previous period and a baseline
- Spend by channel, and cost per enquiry where tracking allows
- What worked, what did not, and why we think so
- Actions for the next period
Reporting rhythm
Regular monitoring, a written monthly report, and a quarterly review of strategy and budget. The exact cadence is agreed in the proposal.
Honest numbers
Every percentage is shown with its baseline and time period. If tracking is incomplete or data is uncertain, the report says so.
Search enquiries rose after the new service pages. Social ads cost more per enquiry; we will test a shorter form.
Next month- Test a shorter enquiry form
- Move budget from social to search
What we will not promise
What we do commit to
- Doing the work agreed in the scope, on the agreed schedule
- Tracking that you can verify in your own accounts
- Clear reporting, including when results are below expectations
- Recommending changes — including reducing spend — when the data supports it
From enquiry to customer
Marketing performance depends on what happens after the enquiry. A lead that waits two days for a reply is often lost, whatever the campaign cost.
We can connect campaigns to your CRM, so every enquiry is recorded with its source, assigned to a person and followed up on time. This also makes it possible to see which campaigns produce customers, not just enquiries.
CRM, Automation & Business Systems
Example
- Search ad
- service landing page in the visitor's language
- short enquiry form
- CRM record with source and service
- assigned to the responsible person
- acknowledgement sent
- follow-up task created
- outcome recorded and reported

Common questions about digital marketing
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Search engines decide rankings, and no honest provider can guarantee a position. We focus on the factors that influence visibility — technical health, content quality and relevance, and trust signals — and we report progress transparently, including when change is slower than expected.
Do you manage advertising?
Yes. We plan, set up and manage Google Ads and paid social campaigns. Advertising accounts are created in your company's name and media spend is paid directly to the platform, separate from our management fee.
How do you measure performance?
We agree measures at the start — usually qualified enquiries and cost per enquiry, supported by leading indicators such as search visibility and landing-page conversion rate. We configure tracking before launch and report monthly with a written explanation and next steps.
Can you work with our existing marketing team or agency?
Yes. We can handle a specific area such as SEO, advertising or tracking, or support your team with planning and reporting. Responsibilities are defined in writing so there is no overlap or gap.
Do you build landing pages?
Yes. We design and build landing pages for campaigns and services, written for the specific audience and language, and connected to your tracking and CRM.
Which languages can you run campaigns in?
Arabic, English, Azerbaijani and Russian. We research search behaviour and write campaign copy separately for each language rather than translating one version.
How long before we see results?
Advertising can generate traffic soon after launch, although campaigns usually need a period of optimisation. SEO typically takes several months to show its full effect. We set expectations for your situation in the proposal.
What budget do we need?
It depends on your market, competition, goals and the channels chosen. We recommend a starting media budget in the proposal, explain the reasoning, and adjust it based on results. Media spend is always shown separately from our fee.
Want marketing you can measure?
Tell us what you sell, who you want to reach and what you have tried so far. We will review where you stand and recommend a practical next step.
