Websites and online stores that make it easy to choose you

We plan, design and build corporate websites, service websites, landing pages and online stores — in Arabic, English, Azerbaijani and Russian. Each one is structured around what your customers need to find and do, built to load quickly on a phone, and handed over so your team can manage it with confidence.

Who this is for

  • Companies whose website no longer fits

The business has grown or changed direction, and the website still describes the old version.

  • Service businesses that depend on enquiries

Consultancies, clinics, education providers, property and professional firms whose website must explain services clearly and generate qualified enquiries.

  • Businesses serving several language groups

Companies in Azerbaijan speaking to Azerbaijani, Russian, English and Arabic audiences — each of whom should feel the site was written for them.

  • Brands selling online

Retailers and producers launching an online store, or moving from a marketplace or social selling to their own store.

  • International companies entering Azerbaijan

Firms that need a local-language presence that matches their international standard.

Problems we typically see

  • Visitors cannot quickly tell what you do.

Pages are organised around the company's internal structure rather than the customer's questions.

  • The site is slow or awkward on mobile.

Most visitors arrive on a phone; heavy pages and small buttons lose them.

  • Only one language is done properly.

Other languages are missing, machine-translated, or out of date.

  • Arabic pages are mirrored, not designed.

Text flips direction, but layout, icons and forms still behave as if they were left-to-right.

  • Updating the site needs a developer.

Simple changes take weeks, so content goes stale.

  • Enquiries disappear.

Form submissions go to one inbox with no record, no owner and no follow-up.

  • Search engines struggle to read the site.

Missing titles, duplicate pages, broken links and no language signals hold back visibility.

  • Nobody knows what the website achieves.

Analytics is missing, misconfigured or not linked to enquiries and sales.

What we do

Website work covers more than design and code. These are the capabilities we bring to a project; the proposal defines which ones yours requires.

Strategy and planning

Website strategy
We define the purpose of the site, its audiences, the actions you want visitors to take and how success will be measured.
Information architecture
We organise pages, navigation and content so visitors find what they need in as few steps as possible — in every language.
Content planning
We identify what content each page needs, who provides it and in which languages, before design begins.

Design

UX design
User journeys, wireframes and page structure, tested against the tasks real visitors need to complete.
UI design
A visual design system — typography, colour, components and layouts — consistent with your brand and readable in every script you use.

Online stores built for real buying behaviour

An online store has to do two jobs well: help customers decide, and make it easy for your team to fulfil orders. We plan both.

What we cover

  • Store structure: categories, filters and search that match how customers look for your products
  • Product pages: clear descriptions, specifications, images and availability, in each language you sell in
  • Checkout: as few steps as possible, with the payment and delivery options your customers expect
  • Payments: integration with payment providers available for your business (availability and approval depend on the provider and your business account)
  • Order management: order notifications, status updates, stock and fulfilment workflows
  • Customer accounts: order history and repeat purchase, where they add value
  • Integrations: accounting, inventory, CRM, delivery and marketing tools
  • Conversion-oriented structure: page layouts that reduce hesitation — clear pricing, delivery and returns information, and visible contact options

Choosing a platform

We work with established e-commerce platforms and recommend one based on catalogue size, languages, payment and delivery requirements, integrations and your team's capacity to manage it. For smaller catalogues, a well-configured hosted platform is often the right choice; larger or more complex operations may need a more flexible setup.

Conversion-oriented page structure

We structure product and category pages around the questions customers ask before buying: What is it? Is it right for me? What does it cost in total? When will it arrive? What if I need to return it? Who do I contact? Answering these clearly is usually worth more than any design trend.

Multilingual websites, including Arabic designed right-to-left

A multilingual website is not one website with a translation button. Each language needs content written for its reader, a layout that suits its script, and signals that tell search engines which page to show to whom.

Arabic right-to-left (RTL), done properly

Arabic pages should be designed, not flipped. We plan:

  1. Layout and reading order — navigation, breadcrumbs, progress steps and timelines that run right to left
  2. Typography — Arabic typefaces chosen for readability, with slightly larger sizes and more generous line spacing than Latin text
  3. Directional elements — arrows, icons and sliders with correct RTL variants
  4. Forms — right-aligned labels, Arabic placeholder examples and correct handling of mixed Arabic and Latin input such as email addresses and phone numbers
  5. Numbers and dates — a consistent numeral style and unambiguous date formats
  6. Mixed content — brand names, product codes and technical terms that remain in Latin script without breaking the line

Four languages, one system

We build sites that manage Arabic, English, Azerbaijani and Russian from one content system, with each language able to carry its own wording, images and page titles. Azerbaijani pages are checked for correct use of ə, ğ, ı, ö, ş, ü and ç; Russian pages for Cyrillic typography and natural phrasing.

Search signals for each language

Correct hreflang tags, language-specific URLs, translated titles and descriptions, and a self-referencing canonical URL for each language version, so each audience is shown the right page.

Usable by more people

Accessible websites are easier for everyone to use — including people using screen readers, keyboards, magnification or slow connections. We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as our working target.

That includes:

  • Sufficient colour contrast and readable text sizes in every script
  • Logical heading structure and correct language attributes, including for Arabic
  • Keyboard navigation and visible focus states
  • Form labels that remain visible, and error messages that do not rely on colour alone
  • Descriptive link text and alternative text for meaningful images
  • Captions for video where provided

Connected to the rest of your business

A website is often the first point in a longer process. We connect it to the systems that handle what happens next.

  1. CRM

Enquiries arrive in your CRM with their source, language and service interest recorded.

  2. Email and notifications

The right person is notified; the customer receives an acknowledgement.

  3. WhatsApp and chat

One-tap contact on mobile, with context about the page the visitor came from.

  4. Booking and calendars

Visitors book consultations into available slots.

  5. Payments

Online payment through your chosen provider, where available for your business.

  6. Accounting and inventory

Orders and stock synchronised with the systems your team already uses.

  7. Analytics and advertising

Conversion events shared with analytics and advertising platforms, configured with privacy in mind.

Looked after after launch

A website needs regular care. Ongoing support can include software and plugin updates, security monitoring, backups, uptime checks, content updates, small improvements and periodic performance reviews. Support is agreed as a defined monthly scope with a stated response process, so you know what is covered and how to raise a request.

Common questions about websites and online stores

How long does a website project take?

It depends mainly on the number of pages and languages, the features and integrations required, and how quickly content and approvals are available. As a general indication, a focused landing page may take a few weeks; a corporate or service website often takes around two to three months; an online store or a site with complex integrations can take longer. We give you a timeline for your specific scope in the proposal, and we note which steps depend on your input.

Can you redesign our existing website?

Yes. We start by reviewing what works today — pages that attract visitors, content worth keeping, current search visibility — so the redesign keeps that value. We map old addresses to new ones and set up redirects so visitors and search engines are not sent to missing pages.

Can you build multilingual websites?

Yes. We build sites in Arabic, English, Azerbaijani and Russian managed from one system. Each language can have its own wording, images and page titles, and we configure the search signals that help each audience find the right version.

Can you build Arabic right-to-left (RTL) websites?

Yes. We design Arabic pages right-to-left from the start — navigation, forms, icons, typography and reading order — rather than mirroring an English layout. Arabic can be the primary language of the site or one of several.

Who owns the finished website?

On full payment, you own the design and content created for you under the agreed scope. We recommend that your domain, hosting, analytics and other accounts are registered in your company's name from the start. Third-party themes, plugins and software remain subject to their own licences. The proposal states the ownership and licensing terms clearly.

Can you connect the website to our other systems?

Usually, yes. We regularly connect websites to CRMs, email, WhatsApp, booking tools, payment providers, accounting and inventory systems. What is possible depends on the systems involved and the access they allow; we confirm this during discovery, before it is included in the scope.

Will our team be able to update the website?

Yes. We set up a content management system with roles for your editors, train them, and provide a written guide. Structural changes can be handled through a support arrangement.

Do you provide hosting?

We recommend and set up suitable hosting, preferably in your company's name, and can manage it as part of a support arrangement. Hosting costs are shown separately at actual cost.

Can you help with content and translation?

Yes. Content writing, translation and localization are available through our Brand, Content & Localization services, or you can provide your own content and we will structure it.
